Why might my shared shuttle pickup be delayed?
We set a departure time for each destination, but the minibus must travel through Cabuya to pick up every passenger. This process can add a few extra minutes to the scheduled pickup time.
Does the shuttle service make stops on the way to Cabuya?
On longer routes, our shared shuttles make planned rest stops at designated locations so passengers can hydrate and use the restroom.
How many passengers can private shuttles accommodate?
Our smaller minibuses can accommodate up to 14 passengers, while larger buses can carry groups of up to 30. Standard private-shuttle pricing covers up to four passengers; each additional passenger costs $25. Please contact us for larger groups.
Do you offer transportation 24 hours a day to Cabuya?
Yes. Private shuttle service is available at any time with an advance reservation. Please book at least 24 hours before pickup so we can confirm the schedule. Pickups between 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. have a $50 after-hours fee.
