Nosara to Liberia Shuttle. I was told by email I needed to go to the main road of my retreat which was a 25 min walk with a suitcase, however, on arrival to the front gate, it appears the driver was entering the retreat, so maybe I didnt need to sweat so hard. Easy to book the day before in off season, professional staff, clean and comfortable. They do hard work lifting bags on/off the vehicle all day. Cheaper than private shuttle!

Horrific experience.

I would not recommend using this shuttle service. They are not transparent about their routing, and upon boarding the shuttle I was informed it would go via Samara and then to Nicoya to then only switch shuttles before proceeding to Liberia. Their agent who I had to get on the phone with when the shuttle picked me up, was horrific, rude, and kept telling me I need to plan better and read instructions. I have never been spoken to like that on the phone before and I’ve travelled to 73 countries. I am native English and nowhere on the website does it state a different route from Nosara-Liberia Airport. Their customer service is below par, to date I have had my emails ignored and not received a refund for a service I did not use. I had a 1PM international flight, upon boarding an 8AM departing shuttle which takes 3,5hrs maximum, I was told when I got on the bus of the rerouting and that they would only arrive at 12:30PM. There are far more reputable shuttles from Nosara, with kind people. It costs nothing to be kind!

Booked a private van to drive 5 of us door to door from our rental home in Nosara to Liberia airport. Communication and payment was easy (online). Price was fair. Driver arrived on time and was courteous and drove safely on some tricky unpaved roads. Would definitely recommend this company

Helpful staff, quick service, reliable and very communicative

I took the shuttle from Nosara to the Liberia airport. Since there is a minimum of two people per shuttle (and I was traveling on a slow day), I paid the price for two passengers. This was still less than any other private car options. The trip was fast and uneventful. The driver even offered to stop at a market before the airport to save me some money on airport food 🙂 I especially loved how well the office staff communicated as I was arranging the ride. They responded more or less immediately to my questions and were very patient as I tried to figure out arrangements. I stayed at a private home in the hills, and had to get a ride to the main road to meet the driver. But this was just a small inconvenience. Over all, I would recommend. Thanks!
