- We set a departing time for each destination, however the minibus has to go through town picking everyone up and that takes a few extra minutes.
- Costa Rica is a beautiful country, but the infrastructure is uncertain and our geography does not help either, so some sections of the route may include bumpy and dusty roads on your way to Nosara.

We found Tropical Tours through a Google search and it was recommended by our hotel host in Santa Teresa. The overall experience was great! Our shuttle was waiting right outside our hotel as scheduled and on time! The driver drove safely and helped us with our bags. In Santa Teresa, the driver made about 7 stops to pick up all 15 passengers. This was the most time-consuming. Once we were set, we drove all the way to Nicoya, with one coffee pit stop in Jicaral. At Nicoya, everyone was separated and transferred into smaller shuttles to other destinations like Samara, Nosara, and Tamarindo. From Santa Teresa to Nosara, it took us about 6 hours door-to-door.

each single $ was worth it! driver was on time, super sympathic, we took a way straight to nosara along the ocean on beaches and through rivers seeing the wonderful nature awaken!! such a good start the day! i can defintely recommend it!!

Great Trip from Tambor To Santa Teresa & Santa Teresa to Nosara
Great service! I preordered a shuttle from Tambor airport to Santa Teresa with no issues. The driver was kind, on time, and I received confirmation within minutes. But even better! When nobody else in town was going to Nosara, tropical tours was a lifesaver. We stopped at one of my new favorite Sodas on the way and the shuttle even had had wifi. Drivers are super professional and friendly! 🙂 Thanks so much!

Unorganised office in Santa Teresa
I booked a shuttle from Santa Teresa to nosara leaving at 6am. The shuttle did not turn up. After half a day of calling them to find out what happened they finally admitted they had forgot to process the booking. No apologies and they didn’t seem to care. Unfortunately they have a monopoly.

AMAZING SERVICE, TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE
Tropical Tours exceeded my expectations. Not only was our trip from Santa Teresa to Nosara enjoyable but when I realized that I forgot my passport at the hostel in Santa Teresa, this amazing company saved my life. I had no way of driving 6 hours back to get it myself, so tropical tours actually picked the passport up and brought it all the way to Nosara for me on their next trip. WOW. Excellent customer service would recommend this company to everyone!!
