Amazing service, great overall.
We had a private shuttle from San Jose airport to Sámara, Guanacaste and we were so happy with everything about Tropical Shuttles services. Mario, the driver, was so nice and helpful. We had used their services a few days prior to this trip and we had have some inconveniences on our end because some problems and delays with our flights and the people from Tropical Tours Shuttles (Leo and Mario) were amazing at bearings with us, communicating with us, helping us figure out everything and being super flexible so we could solve the situation. I would recommend Tropical Shuttles to everyone and we’ll definitely be using theirs services again.
