Every transportation inquiry you send us will be processed before approval, this because we ensure the best option available according to your needs. As soon as we approve your inquiry, a PayPal link will be send to your email in order to proceed with the payment, once the payment is done your reservation is ready.

Some of our destinations require ferry transfer approval, these are marked with an “F” at the end In our inquiry form. Here you have 2 options, you can select “No, only transfer” which means that you will be taken through the ferry, but not the vehicle. In this case another vehicle will be waiting for you at the other side on ferry arrival.
The second option is: “Yes, bus in the ferry | add $100”, this means you are paying for the vehicle’s fee to go in the ferry.
Ferry approval is frequently asked if you are traveling to the pacific coast coming from the central area of Costa Rica, for example, if you book a transportation service from San José to Santa Teresa or vice versa, you will find the letter “F” in our form. Again, is optional not required. We recommend that if you are traveling with a lot of luggage you can think in adding those $100 because moving heavy luggage inside the ferry is not an easy task, specially if its raining.
In short words it takes away the relaxing part of the private transportation.
